Os Midtown Apartments estão localizados entre as ruas Casp e Bruc, no centro de Barcelona. O edifício foi construído no final do século XIX (1895). Foi restaurado para o transformar em 24 apartamentos de luxo de 1, 2 e 3 quartos, com áreas entre os 49 e os 106 m2. Atualmente, os Midtown Apartments Barcelona estão completamente renovados sem alterar a sua arquitetura original.
