Welcome to The Lumiares, a 5* hotel and spa in Bairro Alto and an homage to Lisbon’s colours, patterns, and light. Created in collaboration with Portugal’s local brands, makers and artists, our spacious, charming rooms are designed to feel like a 5* home from home. The Lumiares is our love letter to Portugal. A celebration of everything which makes Lisbon unique. From a former XVIII century palace to a stylish, characterful space in the heart of the Bairro Alto area. Our hotel is an homage to Lisbon’s golden light and bohemian charm. A unique and indigenous experience for all who visit. Our design is inspired by the light and patterns of the stunning Bairro Alto area. We wanted to capture the personality of Lisbon, so we collaborated with local Portuguese businesses and artists at every opportunity. From the sculptural brass chandelier above our Grand Staircase, to our bespoke collection of original artworks. Every element has been thoughtfully sourced and crafted. (See more)

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
