Description
Este encantador edifício é um dos poucos exemplares da arquitetura romântica na Madeira, sendo, portanto, um importante testemunho do patrimônio arquitetônico do arquipélago. O Palácio e a capela anexa, a Capela de Santo António, foram construídos no final do século XIX para servir como residência de verão da família Zino, aproveitando o excelente clima da região. Após ter sido abandonado em 1976, o governo regional, por meio da Sociedade de Promoção e Desenvolvimento da Zona Oeste da Madeira, decidiu em 2002 recuperar o edifício, equipando-o para receber diversos eventos. Deixou de ser conhecido como 'Palacete dos Zinos' e passou a ser chamado de 'Palacete do Lugar de Baixo'. Aqueles que desejam escapar da agitação do dia a dia encontrarão paz e tranquilidade neste local. O alojamento foi totalmente reformado em 2020.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
