Description

This hotel, located in the centre of Chaves, an ancient Roman enclave with a great archaeological heritage and famous for its thermal waters, is close to various spas and baths and a castle, on the banks of the river Tâmega. Amenities include free parking, shuttle service, a hot tub, children's playground and meeting/banquet facilities and fax/copy services. There are two restaurants serving seafood and local specialities, a snack bar and a buffet breakfast is served every day. All the rooms are spacious, attractive and tastefully decorated. They have air-conditioning, free wireless internet access, cable television, safe, a mini-bar and hair dryer. Some rooms have balconies and there is a room adapted for those with special needs. Non-smoking rooms are available and there is also a designated smoking area. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
