Description

The apartment complex is ideally situated very close to San Antonio Bay. It is less than 150 metres away from the coast and still offers its guests views over the sea. The nearest local sandy beach is within 600 m. There is a bus stop just outside the premises that can be used to reach both the centre of San Antonio, where guest will find a number of leisure and nightlife options as well as the centre of the Ibiza City, which is less than 22k m away.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
