The beach and train station are a mere 300 meters away, while Girona Airport is 35km and Barcelona Airport is 82km from the property. Established in 2005, the four-story building houses twelve apartments, each accommodating two to four guests. All apartments feature a bedroom with two beds, a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, and a private bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and digital TV, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, and a balcony, with select apartments offering sea views. Guests can also rent sun loungers and parasols on the beach.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
