Description

This apartment complex is situated close to the town centre and the tourist area of Playa de los Pocillos. Countless shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs as well as public transport are in the hotel's vicinity, just 250 metres away. The beach is 400 metres from the hotel. Renovated in 2004, the complex lies on a main road and comprises a 3-storey main building and a 2-floor annexe block. It provides 85 apartments set amidst 3, 000 m² of gardens. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, safe, currency exchange service, snack bar, games room and TV area. The apartments are equipped with en suite bathroom facilities, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee), a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
