This apartment complex is located amidst beautiful parkland directly on Aguadulce Boulevard, and offers views over the mountains on one side and out over the sea on the other. The nearest beach is approximately 250 m from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly beside the property, and the marina lies within walking distance 500 m. This 4-floor, air-conditioned complex offers a total of 37 apartments. In-house facilities include a bar and a public Internet terminal. The welcoming, air-conditioned apartments each feature a combined lounge bedroom, a separate bedroom, and a balcony. There is a swimming pool and a sun terrace in the outdoor complex and the nearest golf course is about 20 km from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
