Der Apartmentkomplex liegt angrenzend an einem Park, direkt am Boulevard von Aguadulce und bietet ihnen Berge auf der einen Seite sowie das Meer auf der anderen Seite (Strand ca. 250 m). Die nächste Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel finden Sie direkt vor dem Gebäude und den Jachthafen erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß (ungefähr 500 m). Der klimatisierte, 4-stöckige Mittelklassekomplex verfügt über insgesamt 37 Apartments. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Bar und ein öffentliches Internetterminal. Die ansprechend eingerichteten, klimatisierten Apartments sind mit kombiniertem Wohn-/Schlafraum, separatem Schlafzimmer, Bad/WC, Haartrockner, Direktwahltelefon, Internetzugang, Kochnische, Zentralheizung, Mietsafe und Balkon ausgestattet. In der Außenanlage befinden sich ein Süßwasserswimmingpool und eine Sonnenterrasse. Der nächste Golfplatz befindet sich ungefähr 20 km vom Komplex entfernt.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
