Description

Situated in the resort of Caldas do Gerês, this hotel is surrounded by a nature protection reserve that covers some 70, 000 hectares. The surrounding scenery is characterised by lakes and mountains. The next public transport stop is 50 m away and the nearest beach is some 65 km from the hotel. Opened in 2002, this modern hotel comprises a total of 51 rooms and 2 suites spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a hairdressing salon, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant as well as a public Internet terminal (for an additional fee). Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer. The welcoming rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, air conditioning and an Internet connection. There is a swimming pool in the outdoor complex and a tennis court is also available. The nearest golf course is 65 km away. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
