Description

This apartment complex is nestled within a tranquil pine park, perfect for families with young children. The beautiful sandy beach of Santa Cristina is just a few minutes away, while the town center, offering a variety of shops, is a 20-minute drive. The train station is also reachable within 20 minutes by car. The complex comprises 28 apartments spread across two buildings. Given the town center's 3 km distance, having a car is recommended. Each apartment includes a private parking space and guests have access to beach towels free of charge. For an additional fee you can have daily cleaning service and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Children can enjoy the on-site playground. The well-equipped apartments offer a combined living/sleeping area with a dining space, and one or two separate bedrooms, along with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
