Description

Recently constructed property, with the capacity of 1/4 people. The properties consist of one bedroom (with two individual beds), a living room with a sofa bed (1'35 cm), a kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board, a microwave, a toaster, café machine, a blender and a juicer. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a bubble bath and thermostatic shower. The apartment also has air conditioning and central heating, automatic shutters, video intercom, TV with international channels, English, Norwegian and German channels which are included in the rental price (with a radio), a safety box, an alarm, connection to internet (WIFI), a roof terrace (there is a roof terrace for each block and they have there own out door shower), there is also a lovely reception. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
