Description

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and has the capacity of 4/5 people. It consists of two bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has two single beds), living room with a sofa bed (90 cm), one complete bathroom with access from the main bedroom and a shower plate in the second bathroom. There is also a terrace facing the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, an iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, a blender and a juicer. The apartment also has an Air Conditioning/heating system with ducts throughout the apartment and there is a safety box as well (extra). There is al large garden area, large swimming pool, children's playground and a paddle court. There is access to all common areas for people with reduced mobility. There is also a closed parking area (this is not included in the rental price). The city of Alicante is 50 km away, and the Airport is 60 km distance.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
