Description
This studio apartment is part of a six-story complex located 150 meters from Alboran Beach. Discos, public transport, bars, pubs, and restaurants are all within 250 meters. The studio features two single beds separated by a screen, a double sofa bed in the living area, a small kitchen, a full bathroom, and a terrace. Televisions are available for rent. Linens are included, but bath towels are not. Cleaning is provided upon arrival and departure. Guests can enjoy the complex's swimming pool, open from mid-June to September.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
