Este apartamento estúdio faz parte de um complexo de seis andares localizado a 150 metros da Praia de Alboran. Discotecas, transportes públicos, bares, pubs e restaurantes estão todos a 250 metros. O estúdio tem duas camas individuais separadas por um biombo, um sofá-cama de casal na área de estar, uma pequena cozinha, uma casa de banho completa e um terraço. Televisões estão disponíveis para alugar. A roupa de cama está incluída, mas as toalhas de banho não. A limpeza é fornecida na chegada e na partida. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar da piscina do complexo, aberta de meados de junho a setembro.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
