The apartments are situated in a peaceful location in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, only about 500 m from the beach. They are ideally located for those seeking both a central position and a quiet atmosphere. Shops, boutiques, bars, cafés, and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Facilities at the apartment complex include a bar and room service. The apartments all come with an en suite bathroom. In addition, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, and either a terrace or balcony are provided in every lodging as standard. In the grounds there is a sun terrace as well as a swimming pool for guests to unwind in.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
