Este aparthotel está situado na costa sul de Gran Canaria, perto de pontos de interesse e a apenas 200 metros da tranquila praia de areia de San Agustin. O Aeroporto de Las Palmas fica a 40 km, e Playa del Inglés a 3, 5 km. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de uma variedade de serviços e instalações, relaxando junto à piscina numa das nossas espreguiçadeiras. Os estúdios acomodam duas pessoas (uma criança pode dormir no sofá-cama), apresentam uma casa de banho espaçosa e uma pequena cozinha bem equipada. Embora o aparthotel não organize diretamente atividades desportivas, podemos organizá-las mediante pedido. Todos estes serviços estão disponíveis num raio de 300 metros. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de um pequeno-almoço buffet e escolher entre menus fixos ou opções à la carte para almoço e jantar.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
