Description

This aparthotel is situated on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, near points of interest and just 200 meters from the tranquil, sandy beach of San Agustin. Las Palmas Airport is 40 km away, and Playa del Inglés is 3. 5 km away. Guests can enjoy a variety of services and facilities, relaxing by the pool on one of our loungers. Studios accommodate two people (a child can sleep on the sofa bed), feature a spacious bathroom and a small, well-equipped kitchen. While the aparthotel doesn't directly organize sports activities, we can arrange them upon request. All these services are available within a 300-meter radius. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and choose from set menus or à la carte options for lunch and dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
