This aparthotel is situated on the south coast of the island of Gran Canarias. Guests will find points of interest in the immediate vicinity and it is only 200 m from the quiet sandy beach of San Agustin. It is some 40 km from Las Palmas Airport and 3.5 km from Playa del Ingles. Guest may enjoy all kind of services and facility. This establishment is perfect place to relax by the pool on one of our loungers and enjoy the sun. The studios are suitable for 2 people, child can sleep on the sofa bed, the bathroom is quite large and the small kitchen has all the amenities. The aparthotel does not perform any sport activities, however we can manage any activity that the customer wants. All these services are within a radius of 300 m. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed from a set menu or chosen à la carte.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
