All apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, living-dining area with TV, telephone and sofa bed and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware. All include towels, linens and iron. The property has a self-service laundry. All apartments have a balcony and those on the ground floor have a small terrace. The client, must provide at the time of check-in, a credit card with sufficient balance, as a guarantee, to cover any damage that may cause in the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
