The Balear Beach Apartments are situated on Son Matias Beach in the vibrant resort town of Torrenova-Palmanova, just 13 km from Palma. Guests enjoy proximity to three magnificent beaches, shopping centers, and exciting nightlife. Located directly on the sandy shores of Son Matias Beach, the building offers 12 one-bedroom apartments and 4 studios. Each apartment features a bathroom, living area with two sofa beds, kitchenette, and a balcony with spectacular sea views, accommodating up to three guests. Studios offer similar amenities, accommodating two guests. Housekeeping, including towel changes, is provided twice a week, with bed linen changed weekly.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
