O edifício possui recepção própria 24 horas e piscina exterior para adultos e crianças, terraço com espreguiçadeiras, restaurante buffet, bar-cafeteria, sala de jogos com piscina e sala de jogos, estacionamento para alugar.Cada apartamento tem uma kitchenette com utensílios básicos, frigorífico, casa de banho completa, sala de estar com sofá-cama para 2 pessoas e 1 quarto (2/4 pax) ou 2 quartos (4/6 pax), ar condicionado frio / calor, TV satélite, seguro (pagamento extra), berço (mediante pedido, pagamento adicional), limpeza diária.Os clientes também podem usar as instalações do Hotel California Garden 3 *, localizado em frente, além de desfrutar do programa de animação do mesmo. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
