O complexo situa-se em frente ao mar, no centro de Peñiscola. A cerca de 50 m encontram-se vários estabelecimentos comerciais e a praia mais próxima. O complexo de apartamentos contempla 3 andares, recepção com elevador e uma garagem (a pagar no local). Os apartamentos A1D dispõem de casa de banho privativa, bem como de quarto com cama de casal e área de estar combinada com sofá-cama. Contam ainda com uma cozinha com máquina de lavar roupa e terraço. Os apartamentos A2D dispõem do mesmo equipamento e de mais um quarto com cama de casal. Na área exterior do hotel encontra-se uma piscina com bar/snack-bar (01.06 - 30.09).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
