The apartments enjoy an excellent location at the heart of the Levante Beach area, just 450 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes of the nightclub area. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are both around 10 minutes away by car, and it is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm. The apartment complex consists of two 24-storey buildings with large common areas, 3 lifts per building, a garden, free indoor parking, 24-hour security and a concierge service. There are 240 apartments in total. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
