This friendly apartment complex is situated in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, around 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, with its restaurants, bars, pubs and nightlife spots, and is also only 300 metres from the beach and the promenade. Guests will find a number of shops in Biosfera, which is roughly 800 metres away, and links to the public transport network are also close at hand. Nearby sights and attractions include Arrecife, which is around 10 km away, the Timanfaya national park, which is around 25 km away, and the Playa Blanca beach, which is around 30 km away. The apartments have an attractive, Mediterranean feel thanks to their whitewashed walls, pretty wood-framed windows and green detailing on the roof and balconies. All of them feature a fully-equipped kitchen area, a living room with satellite TV and a private balcony. Guests can spend their days soaking up the sunshine at the hotel's terrace, before cooling off with a dip into the refreshing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
