The Las Palmeras 3000 Apartments are been recently remodelled and have a capacity for 8 persons in 1, 2 or three double rooms with a double bed, two individuals bed or bunk bed. The usual distribution used to be a double bed in one room and individuals ones in the others. Every apartment has a sofa bed in the living-dining room from where we can also access to the spacious terrace for enjoy the summer afternoons breathing the ocean breeze. In the hall we have the television, included in the prize. They have a complete bathroom and a full equipped kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, a whasing machin and induction plates and the basic kitchenware in accord with the capacity of every apartment. Those apartments come with bedding for all guests but not the kitchen rags or the table linen.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
