This apartment complex boasts a privileged position in Punta Umbria. It is second beach line, allowing its visitors to go on a walk by the seashore or discover the extensive pine tree forests that can be found in the surrounding area. For the most active ones, they will be interested to know that in the nearby beaches it is possible to practice a wide offer of water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. All the apartments boast a studio-style design and count with an integrated kitchen with useful amenities, allowing its guests to prepare their own breakfast and lunch if they want to. Visitors will also be able to keep updated thanks to the complimentary wireless Internet connection available. At the end of the day, guests can relax at the outdoor whirlpool or at the pool bar with sunbeds and Bali beds. They can also enjoy a refreshing swim at the fantastic pool.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
