This ApartHotel is situated in the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles, approximately 300 m from the nearest beach and just 500 m from the Kasbah shopping centre. An abundance of shops, boutiques and entertainment venues are located within this vast centre. Built in 1969, the hotel was completely renovated in 2005. There is a total of 100 rooms spread over 5 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast pool and garden complex (1.5 km²), a stylish foyer with lifts, safes and reception. There is also a public Internet terminal. The rooms are tastefully equipped and have an en suite bathroom, TV, a kitchenette, a fridge and a safe. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a billiards/ snooker table.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
