The apartments come with a private bathroom with a bath tub, a kitchen as well as a balcony or a terrace.The complex features 1 outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. The zone offers numerous facilities for the practice of golf, tennis and surfing. Golfing fans will find the nearest golf course 2 km from the complex. Guests will find sun loungers available on the sandy beach.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
