Accommodating up to 8 guests, these recently constructed apartments offer 1, 2, or 3 double bedrooms, and feature nearly new furnishings and amenities. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, washing machine, coffee maker, and ample cookware. Bedding is provided, and towels are available for rent at reception. Guests can enjoy a refreshing pool and on-site parking (subject to availability and additional fee). Air conditioning/heating ensures comfort year-round. Pets are welcome upon request for a supplementary charge.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
