Description

The Neptuno Apartments offer year-round accommodation. During the summer season, guests can enjoy all the services of Hotel Neptuno, including two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar/cafeteria, a fitness area, and entertainment for both adults and children. In the off-season, the apartments provide accommodation only. The apartments are available as studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. All are fully equipped with a bathroom (bath/shower and hairdryer), satellite TV, and a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. An iron and ironing board are provided, along with access to a communal washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
