The apartments are open all year round. In summer season you can enjoy all the services offered by the Hotel Neptuno with its 2 swimming pools, restaurant, bar cafeteria, fitness area, entertainment for adults and children. The rest of the year, Apartamentos Neptuno only offer accommodation. The apartments are distributed in studios, apartments with 1 bedroom and apartments with 2 bedrooms, all fully equipped with: bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, satellite TV and kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all Utensils for eating and cooking. Iron and ironing board. Community washing machine. Free WIFI.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
