This welcoming apartment complex is wonderfully located amidst beautiful gardens in Benalmádena leisure district just a few minutes walk from the nearest beautiful beach (approximately 300 m). The town centre where guests will discover many bars, restaurants and nightlife venues lies just 100 m away. Links to the public transport are to be found directly out front. The fabulous complex offers a total of 28 apartments and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a cosy bar. The apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge and a hire safe. In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool, a poolside bar as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use on the nearby beach. The nearest golf course is 3 km away.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
