This aparthotel, built in 1984 and fully renovated in 2007, undergoes annual improvements. It offers 60 apartments, each equipped with a 32' TV and air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom. Kitchens include a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, mixer, and toaster. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Ideal for families or groups traveling for business or leisure, guests can utilize the convenient self-service shop, laundry service, and laundromat. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
