Der Apartmentkomplex liegt direkt am Strand Levante, etwa 1 km von Peñón de Ifach und dem Hafen entfernt. Ins Zentrum von Calpe mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind es ca. 2,5 km.Der 1986 erbaute Komplex verfügt über insgesamt 130 Apartments. Er ist mit Empfangshalle, Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt), Miet-Safes und Aufzügen ausgestattet. Pkws können auf dem Parkplatz oder in der hauseigenen Garage abgestellt werden.Die zweckmäßig eingerichteten Apartments verfügen über Bad/WC, Kochnische, Kühlschrank, eine Sitzecke und eine Terrasse. Durch das Personal werden die Räume gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt.Den Gästen steht ein Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zur Verfügung. Außerdem werden Tennis und Minigolf angeboten.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
