The apartment hotel is strategically located in one of the lively areas of Seville and provides easy access to all points of interest in the city. It is opposite the Exhibition and Congress Centre, close to the airport, near Santa Justa train station and perfectly well connected with the city centre. All apartment units are designed with generous, comfortable and bright spaces, with a carefully chosen decoration to please all tastes. All apartments have a bedroom combined living- and dining-room with sleeping sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. All of them are fitted with air conditioning, telephone, Internet access, various household necessities, cleaning utensils and amenities. The complex offers a swimming pool during the summer season from 15 June to 15 September. Normaly, Reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. Check-in after 22:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
