Description

These modern apartments are located in the heart of Lloret de Mar, just 50 meters from the beach and promenade. A short stroll will lead you to the charming old town, only 300 meters away. The bright, luminous apartments offer partial sea views in select units. Enjoy easy access to numerous bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The beautiful town of Tossa de Mar is a short 15-minute drive, and the city center is approximately one hour away. Bed linens and towels are available for rent at €2 per person, per stay. Upon arrival, a €60 per person deposit (minimum €200 per apartment) is required and will be refunded upon departure, provided the apartment is left in excellent condition. For late check-in after 8 PM, there is a €15 surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
