This apartment complex is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre of Lloret de Mar. In the vicinity is the entertainment area with many shops, bars and restaurants. It is located only 150 metres from the main beach of Lloret de Mar. Girona Airport is about 25 km away and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 80 km away. These self-catering apartments are available to rent in a private complex facing the sea. Fully renovated in 2010, there are a total of 19 apartments. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
