This apartment complex is situated in the centre of Lloret de Mar, just a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach. Its guests will be also at just 50 metres from a number of charming cafes, where they can enjoy an early morning Americano or a strong espresso and several restaurants and grocery stores. The Lloret de Mar Bus Station is 500 metres away and offers convenient transport to the surrounding area and the big cities. The well-appointed apartments open to private balconies and feature kitchenettes equipped with fridge, hob and dining area where the delicious meals can be enjoyed. Flat-screen TVs and WiFi access is available for little distraction and entertainment. Bedlinen and Towels with supplement of 2 eur per person and stay. Deposit mandatory of 60 eur per person (with a minimum of 200 eur per apartment). Reception in Aptos Ar Niu d'Or(c/Horts 9-11). Arrivals after 20h, suppl 15eur

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
