Description

The apartments are located in Blanes, in a quiet and new residential area in La Plantera district, close to the popular district of Los Pinos. Blanes bus station is just 2 minutes from the hotel and the train station is only 10 minutes away. The many shops of Los Pinos and the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk from the Aparthotel, while Blanes town centre is 1.5 km and the beach of Sant Francesc approximately 4 km away from the establishment. Although the apartments don't include bed linen or towels, guests can rent them for 2€ per person and stay. During the winter season, from November to May, customers should contact the apartments at +34 972339069 a few days before arrival for key collection. Check in after 20h from Sunday till Thursday and after 22h Friday and Saturday, supplement of 15 eur. Upon arrival, guests will have to make a deposit of 60 eur per person (with a minimum of 200€ per apartment) that will be returned on departure providing the apartment is in excellent (See more)

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
