The apartments are located in the heart of the resort of Lloret de Mar, just 200 meters from the bus station, where you can easily reach the main tourist attractions in the area. The complex is a 5-minute walk from the beach of Lloret de Mar, in the heart of the shopping and leisure area. These apartments are modern and fully equipped, and they all have balconies. Although they don't have bed linen or towels, guests can rent them for 2€ per person and stay. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to make a deposit of 60 eur per person (with a minimum of 200€ per apartment) that will be returned on departure providing the apartment is in perfect condition. Check-in after 20h there is a supplement of 15 eur. From November until May please contact with the telephone number +34 972371665 to say your time arrival. Youngers than 25 years old can't book here.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
