Description

The apartments and studios feature balconies, and some studios are equipped with a private furnished terrace. Fenals Beach is only 1 km away from the property. The accommodations are simply decorated, bed linen and towels are not included, but there is a possibility to rent them for a 2€ fee per person and stay. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Lloret, and only 400 metres away from the bus station of the city, which connects the airport to Barcelona and Girona-Costa Brava. Guests will have to make a deposit of 60 eur per person (with a minimum of 200€ per apartment) which will be returned on departure if the apartment is in perfect condition. Arrivals after 20h, supplement of 15 eur.

Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
