This apartment complex is located amidst beautiful parkland directly on Aguadulce Boulevard, and offers views over the mountains on one side and out over the sea on the other. The nearest beach is approximately 250 m from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly beside the property, and the marina lies within walking distance 500 m. This 4-floor, air-conditioned complex offers a total of 37 apartments. In-house facilities include a bar and a public Internet terminal. The welcoming, air-conditioned apartments each feature a combined lounge bedroom, a separate bedroom, and a balcony. - 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
