Se trata de un edificio de cuatro plantas situado delante del Mar Mediterráneo. Desde sus balcones y ventanas se puede difrutar de inmejorables vistas. Es el caso de los grupos de delfines que todas las mañanas y tardes juegan entre sí, en compañía de las gaviotas. Es el caso de las ardillas (esquilos) con sus nidos y también de los pescadores que pescan por las noches, con sus linternas, en la oscuridad. Todos los apartamentos están totalmente equipados en un estilo rústico, con cocina completa, dormitorio, salón/comedor, baño completo con secador de pelo, hidromasaje, aire acondicionado, calefacción, tv satélite, caja de seguridad, doble acristalamiento, servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas cada dos días, excepto cocina. Nuestras instalaciones son modernas y ecológicas. Disponemos, además, de Servicio de Lavandería. Se admiten perros.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
