Description

This hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Alcudia. An abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity and it is just 250 m to the sandy beach. There are restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport extremely close to the hotel. The city hotel was built in 1985 beside a main road and was renovated in 2002. It comprises 130 rooms on 7 floors of which 104 are apartments. Guests are invited to take a stroll around the 4,000 m² garden. The hotel contains a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a bar, a snack bar, a kids' club and a car park. The air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Room service and laundry service are both available as is medical assistance. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
