This apartment complex is located on a main road next to Santa Ana beach in Benalmádena. Within 50 m of the property guests will find a selection of nightclubs and bars. There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel. The city centre is around 1 km from the establishment, offering plenty of shopping opportunities. This residence features a modern architectural style with a total of 36 apartments spread over 6 floors. Facilities include a vast lobby and a charming bar. The individual apartments each come with a combined bedroom/ lounge area, and most are facing the sea and include a balcony. A swimming pool is available to guests in the well-kept, beautiful grounds. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace and offers a large number of sun loungers and parasols.
