The nearest local sandy beach is within 600 m. There is a bus stop just outside the premises that can be used to reach both the centre of San Antonio, where guest will find a number of leisure and nightlife options as well as the centre of the Ibiza City, which is less than 22k m away.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
