Description

Almost all apartments overlook the main street Mouzinho da Silveira. From the apartments you can go directly to the street Calle de las Flores, one of the currently fashionable streets in Porto, and enjoy the view to the famous Porto Cathedral and the São Bento Railway Station. The apartments are located 250 meters from the well-known tourist area of Ribeira, São Francisco church and the Palácio da Bolsa.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
