Aqua Village is the first Health Resort & Spa luxury of the Central Region of Portugal in Oliveira do Hospital, with just one look imposing Serra da Estrela. Situated on the bank of the River Alva, this is a unique development for the services they have available and whose mission is to provide the scope to new levels of health and well-being to all guests, especially the use made of the thermal waters that spring from the spring inserted into the property. In the wide spaces of the resort is an outdoor swimming pool, a pool with thermal water and a semi covered swimming pool, not forgetting the private river beach. The treetops 'lurk' rigid structures, ideal for those seeking new experiences, such as receiving a massage in full communion with nature. Aqua village is more than an accommodation, it is the realization of a single space where the hand of man merges in harmony with Mother Nature.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
