Das Apartmenthotel liegt im Touristenzentrum von Playa de Levante, nur etwa 450 m vom nächsten Sandstrand entfernt. Zahlreiche Geschäfte, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich im Umkreis von ca. 100 m um das Hotel. Der nächste Nachtclub ist ungefähr 700 m vom Hotel entfernt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nur etwa 50 m weit weg.Das Gebäude wurde 2006 renoviert und verfügt auf 25 Etagen über 200 Apartments. Zur Ausstattung gehören Hotelsafes (Gebühr) und Aufzüge.Die Apartments sind komfortabel und haben Bad/Dusche, Kochnische, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Tee-/Kaffeezubereiter, Sat.-/Kabel-TV, Bügelset, Safe und Terrasse. Die Endreinigung der Apartments wird vom Personal übernommen.Die Hotelanlage bietet den Gästen einen Swimmingpool, Liegestühle und einen Tennisplatz. Der nächstgelegene Golfplatz ist ungefähr 8 km vom Hotel entfernt. Am Strand können Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme gemietet werden.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
