Description

This hotel has a central location in the resort of El Arenal, just 200 m from the beach. Several shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants surround the hotel. Public transport is to be found only 50 m away and the airport is 10 km from the hotel. Constructed in 1969 the hotel consists of a 5-storey main building with a total of 196 rooms, of which 36 are singles and 80 are doubles. Facilities include a reception with safe and lift access. In the hotel guests will also find a hairdresser's salon, bar and a restaurant. The tastefully designed rooms offer an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone and a hire safe. Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a golf course roughly 14 km away.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
