Der moderne Komplex wurde kürzlich erbaut und verfügt über ein Hauptgebäude mit 6 und ein Nebengebäude mit 3 Etagen. Insgesamt stehen 210 Studios und Apartments zur Verfügung. Die Anlage bietet eine Empfangshalle mit 24 h Rezeption, Hotel-Safe und Aufzügen. Außerdem bietet es TV-Raum, Spielezimmer, Konferenzmöglichkeiten und gegen Gebühr Internetzugang. Im gastronomischen Bereich hält es eine Cafetería, eine Bar und ein klimatisierte Restaurant mit Nichtraucherbereich und Kinderhochstühlen für die Gäste bereit. Zudem kann die medizinische Betreuung in Anspruch genommen werden. Parkmöglichkeiten und eine Garage sind vorhanden. Die jüngsten Gäste können sich auf dem Spielplatz austoben.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
