A very special hotel in Lisbon. Located in a small palace from the 18th Century, As Janelas Verdes is one of the most unique hotels in Portugal. It perfectly combines all the latest facilities with details that take guests back to a different time, like small pieces of art, wood walls, embroidered cushions, books, paintings and other objects. The famous novelist Eça de Queirós is traditionally linked to this building; it is said that he lived here and got inspiration in the small palace to write some of his books. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
