The welcoming apartment complex lies in the centre of well-tended gardens, by the beautiful beach of De Los Mates. The city centre with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only 4-5 km away. The airport is 45 minutes away. The complex has a total of 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk and a safe. The apartments are tastefully furnished and are equipped with their own bathroom. In addition, they are also equipped with a combined living/ bedroom, satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, a further separate bedroom and a hire safe. The hotel offers a freshwater pool with sun loungers in the outside area. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests on the beach.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
