O hotel balnear situa-se perto de diversos restaurantes, bares e pubs (aproximadamente 250 m). Nas imediações encontrará também os transportes públicos. A praia fica a aproximadamente 500 m de distância. Em cerca de 800 m de distância encontram-se inúmeras possibilidades de compras, bem como uma discoteca (a 3 km). É possível deslocar-se a pé até ao centro da cidade. O centro turístico fica a cerca de 5 km. O hotel, construído em 1992 e renovado em 2004, situa-se numa rua principal e dispõe de um edifício principal de 3 andares com um total de 27 quartos, dos quais 22 duplos e 5 suites. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
